1. Return Window
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original sealed packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. The 14-day period begins on the date your package is marked as delivered by USPS.
2. Eligible Returns
The following items are eligible for return and refund:
- Unused products in original sealed blister packs or packaging
- Products received in damaged condition (report within 48 hours of delivery)
- Incorrect products received (wrong item, wrong quantity)
- Products with manufacturing defects
3. Non-Eligible Returns
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened, used, or removed from sealed packaging
- Products returned after the 14-day return window
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling or improper storage
- Products where the return request was not initiated through our support team
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our support team at support@ajantastore.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number, photos of the damaged/incorrect item, and a description of the issue. We will arrange a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
5. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Email support@ajantastore.com with your order number and reason for return.
Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 24-48 hours.
Ship the Return
Ship the product back to us using the return label or address provided. Package items securely.
Refund Processed
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
6. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item). If you received free shipping on your original order, the standard shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
7. Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is lost in transit or does not arrive within 15 business days of the ship date, please contact our support team. We will investigate with USPS and, if the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at your preference.
8. Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted. This includes items with obvious signs of use, items not in their original condition, or items returned more than 14 days after delivery. Partial refund amounts will be determined on a case-by-case basis and communicated to you before processing.
